Whether you’re a fossil collector or just intrigued by colorful crystals, this week you have a unique chance to get an up-close look during the 78th Greater Detroit Gem, Mineral & Fossil Show.
Dozens of vendors will showcase items like gems and crystals, jewelry, fossils and various minerals. People can not only buy items, but they can also learn while listening to speakers like paleontologists and collectors. Hands-on experiences for attendees will include panning for gold and digging for fossils.
The 78th Greater Detroit Gem, Mineral & Fossil Show will be held Friday, Oct. 13th through Sunday, Oct. 15th at the Macomb Community College South Campus/Expo Center, which is located at 14500 E. 12 Mile Road in Warren.
