If you’re looking for something fun, festive, and fancy this holiday season, you may want to head to Downtown Birmingham. The Daxton Hotel is serving up fun festivities, not only for its guests, but for the entire community. Josh Stockton, The Director of Culinary Operations at the Daxton Hotel, stopped by “Live in the D,” to talk about what they have to offer. Stockton said they have special events planned Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, inside their Madame Restaurant which will offer regular and special menu items.
He also said, they are hosting a big New Year Eve party inside their ballroom.
An event they just started call “The Holiday High Tea” is sold out through the end of the year, but Stockton said more dates are opening in January, “I think we’ll keep going as long as the demand is there,” Stockton said.
