Many people are on a mission to eat healthier as part of their New Year’s resolutions, and there’s a restaurant in Detroit that’s helping people focus on eating and drinking fresh.
Fresh Rootz has a variety of raw juices that are pressed fresh daily, according to co-owner Fatima Tekko. The spot also offers smoothies and wellness shots.
Aside from their drinks, you can eat fresh at Fresh Rootz by trying out their acai bowls, tropical island bowls, or banana berry bowls.
Fresh Rootz is located on Wayne State University’s campus in Detroit. Tekko said they also have plans for a new location in Rochester Hills.
