Before Valentine’s Day arrives, you can say celebrate your friendships with your gal pals on Galentine’s Day.
The co-owners of Fried Chicken and Caviar, Chi Walker and Nik Cole, are hosting a new batch of pop-ups that they describe as “a little bit bougie and a little bit gritty”. One of their events is a special Galentine’s Dinner & Bubbles celebration. The event will feature a prix fixe menu with champagne and dishes like scallops, short ribs, soup, salad, and a salt baked pear dessert.
Fried Chicken and Caviar is holding its Galentine’s Dinner & Bubbles event on February 13th at 7 p.m at Lily’s & Elise Tea House in Detroit. Tickets can be purchased online. Watch the video above to learn more about the menu for the special event.
