Brunch is not just a meal, it’s an experience that you can now enjoy at The Fed. This Metro Detroit restaurant, located in Clarkston, now serves a made-from-scratch brunch that you can enjoy only on the weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Chef Michel Agustine is now serving up a traditional brunch menu with inspiration of comfort foods from the south.
Make sure to get there early, because their classic French toast may sell out. The restaurant’s baker only makes about 4-5 loaves of bread per weekend. Another brunch menu item includes the return of the classic caesar salad, with a twist of adding street corn. Along with that is a hidden treat within the salad including homemade tortillas that are made into chips.
