When it comes to the lighting in your home, what would you want to change? What would you want to add? We all have bright ideas when it comes to our ideal setup in our homes, but finding the right help to bring those ideas to life can be challenge.
“It all comes down to customer service and adaptability,” said Ray Koopman, president of Michigan Chandelier.
The Michigan company has been in business for more than 110 years because of an ability to adapt and grow as consumer and contractor needs change.
Right now at its Troy location, Michigan Chandelier is undergoing a transformation to accommodate contractors, designers, and customer homebuilders with their residential and commercial products.
This includes three main areas to provide the value added services they need.
- A supply counter area will allow any contractor to walk in at any time to find exactly what they need to purchase for their project for that day. There is also an area here that allows customers to meet with their clients and do some work at their location so clients can make sure all their needs are met.
- A central distribution warehouse will allow for the centralization of materials of contractors.
- A new showroom design center that can be utilized by appointment only for designers and custom homebuilders to get undivided attention from Michigan Chandelier specialists.
As a results of the change happening at their Troy location, a big sale is happening at the Rochester location. You can learn more about that here.
