Every year, chicken wings are a popular dish when football fans sit down to watch the Super Bowl. You might want to take your wing game up a notch with a winning combination of spices and sauces for your wings.
Wing Snob offers a variety of different chicken wing options and pairs rubs and sauces. Roger Hanna, the owner of Wing Snob in Clarkston, explained they make their wings with a tossing method. They put the wings in a bowl and combine them with sauces or rubs, and then toss them with tongs. Hanna said this allows them to coat the wings fully and equally after they’re fried.
Aside from chicken, Wing Snob also offers vegetarian options like Beyond tenders and cauli wings. Garlic parm fries, sweet chili fries, chili cheese fries and more are also on their menu.
Wing Snob has 50 stores in seven states and Canada with plans to open 20 more by the end of the year.
