February is a special month and one all cat owners should pay attention to because it’s National Cat Health Month. AnnMarie Chamberlain from Michigan Humane stopped by “Live In The D” to share with pet parents some things you can do to keep your cat happy, and healthy.
Chamberlain said the main thing is maintaining a good relationship with your veterinarian, and keeping up with annual appointments. “Their going to be able to find things ahead of time,” Chamberlain said. She also said, provide a nutritious diet, keep your cat active, engaged, and groom on a regular basis.
Chamberlain said there are plenty cats available for adoption, as well as dogs like “Pablo,” a cutie she brought with her on the show. The Mike Morse Law Firm will pay the standard adoption fees for whoever adopts today’s Pet of the Week.
