Nurturing people with healthy, creative, flavorful food is the mission of an Ann Arbor restaurant called Juicy Kitchen.
“We use locally sourced and organic ingredients as much as possible. And we cater to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets, but we do have meats, and dairy,” said one of the owners, Kelby Behan.
The breakfast menu at Juicy Kitchen includes dishes like the “Hot Mess”, which includes 9-grain bread with an over-easy egg, avocado, goat cheese, siracha, and roasted red peppers.
If you’re thinking about lunch, one of the options at Juicy Kitchen is a Tempeh Reuben, which is made on rye bread with tempeh and sauerkraut, aged white cheddar and a house made zesty sauce.
Juicy Kitchen also offers a variety of baked goods, along with smoothies.
The restaurant is located at 1506 N. Maple Road in Ann Arbor. Watch the video above to learn more about Juicy Kitchen’s menu.
