This workout method might be just right for you

There is no upper limit when it comes to moderate exercise

When it comes to working out, you want to be right in the middle with not too much or not too little exercise. This is also called the Goldilocks method.

Jody Trierweiler, fitness and nutrition expert, returned to “Live in The D” to talk about and explain the method.

With research, Jody says that, “They have now established a dangerous upper limit,” when it comes to working out. With that, she also says that, “70 percent of Americans are not doing enough.” On the other hand, only 2% of people are doing too much.

When it comes to moderate exercise, 150 minutes a week is recommended. Moderate exercises include walking, jogging, Pilates, and even gardening.
