Are you ready to impress your guests for Easter brunch?
One way to make a memorable experience is to embrace a spring or Easter theme for your decorations and menu.
You can incorporate spring-time flavors into your Easter menu with asparagus or wild mushrooms like morels, explained Jordan Hoffman, the culinary director for the Elia Group. Hoffman suggests incorporating fresh ingredients that are coming into season right now.
Prepping the night before can also help make your brunch experience less stressful. You can put diced zucchini, sliced red onions, goat cheese, asparagus and brioche in the oven when you wake up and have something to serve right away when guests arrive, Hoffman explained. Another brunch suggestion from Hoffman is to make batch cocktails that you can pour for guests.
If you’re not up making brunch at home, you might want to grab a bite to eat at Parc Detroit. The restaurant in Campus Martius is offering special Easter brunch and dinner dishes. The Easter Bunny will also hop over for photo ops. In addition, kids can take part in an Easter egg hunt, which starts at 3 p.m. Watch the video above to learn more about Easter brunch at Parc Detroit.
