The Lopez father-daughter duo is back for more family life, family feuds, and family fun with the return of Lopez vs. Lopez.
The show returns for another season starring George Lopez and his daughter Mayan Lopez, who plays out a real father-daughter duo all within a fictional world. Mayan Lopez appeared on “Live in The D” to talk about the new season.
While the first season ended with an intervention, you can expect a change in family dynamics in this upcoming season. “Mayan has to see how or what her relationship with her dad is going to look like,” she says. You can also expect exciting events and self-discovery within the upcoming season.
For Lopez, she says, “it means everything” to her to be picked up for a second season to work along side with her dad. She says, “to not only create something so meaningful with him that I’m going to be able to also look back on, our relationship represents a lot of relationships with dysfunction and wanting to reconnect.”
