When you walk into Cibo Modern Mediterranean restaurant, located, inside the Cambria Hotel in Downtown Detroit, you see elegance, style, and something, you wouldn’t normally see in Michigan.
“We have live Palm Trees, we take care of those regularly to keep them up and nice,” James Sumpter, Executive Chef for Cambria Detroit Hotel said.
He also said they have grow lights that go off in the mornings to give them a little extra spruce through the Michigan Winters. If having real live Palm Trees isn’t unique enough, they also offer a wide variety of dishes, from different Middle Eastern Counties. The restaurant also prides itself as being 100% nut-free, and gluten-conscious.
