We know that everybody has their favorite food when it comes to grabbing a bite at a Tigers game. It may be a hot dog, pizza, chicken tenders, nachos, the list goes on and on. But, every year the park offers something new that may tantalize your taste buds and Mark Szubeczak, Executive Chef at Comerica Park, joined Tati Amare and Hobie Artigue on “Live In The D” to talk about some of the new food options this year.
Chef Mark said they have a little something for everyone from vegetarian items to smoked items to salads and more.
Besides their classics at the park, Chef Mark said they also partnered with local restaurants like Slows BBQ for new food ideas. “This year we have a pulled pork burrito and smoked chicken burrito,” which are available at the Comerica Park Landing.
Chef Mark also touched on their partnership with Marrow. “We have a beautiful fresh cut top fry, salads, and we have a double beef bacon burger in the Taproom,” said Chef Mark.
