The Michigan Lottery has been apart of the fabric of our state for decades, and now they have a new way for you to win some money. It’s all thanks to its new game “Cash Pop.” which you can play in between drawings of Club Keno. Jake Harris, player relations manager with Michigan Lottery, appeared on “Live In The D” to share how the game works and how you can win.
“You see Club Keno in bars and restaurants on the monitors, Cash Pop runs every 15 minutes in between those drawings,” Harris said. “It’s really as simple as picking the right number. You pick one number from 1 to 15 and if your number comes up at the end of the drawing, you win.”
You can wager different amounts by number you pick and the higher the wager, the higher your payout could be.
“You can chose to play $1, $2, $5, or $10 per draw, and then the prize amount is randomly printed on your ticket,” he said.
The amount you can win varies depending on your bet, but the top Cash Pop is $5,000 if you bet $10, and a $1 wager can get you between $5 and $500.
