Mother’s Day is this weekend, and if you’re looking for a cute, fancy event for the mom figure in your life, how about a High Tea? There’s a charming local tea house where you can create cherished memories, while sipping premium tea. Kimberly Elise, owner of Lily’s and Elise located on Detroit’s Avenue of Fashion, stopped by “Live in the D” to talk about her enchanted tea shop.
They have events like the high tea. “We have layers of savories, we have our pastries layers, you would have your tea or whatever you prefer with that,” Elise said.
She also showed host Tati Amare how to make the perfect cup of tea.
