It’s National Travel and Tourism Week, but you don’t have to leave Michigan to experience a fun summer getaway. The Great Lakes State is filled with beautiful beaches, and a travel website had rolled out a new list of the five must-visit Michigan beaches for 2024.

They are:
- Jean Klock Park in Benton Harbor
- Empire Village Beach in Empire
- McCarty’s Cove in Marquette
- Oscoda Beach Park
- Port Crescent State Park in Port Austin
