“Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga,” “The Garfield Movie,” and the MGM+ series “Billy the Kid” were all the topics of conversation on this week’s Reel Talk on “Live in the D.” Movie reviewer Greg Russell appeared on the show to talk about each of these projects.
Furiosa, played by Anya Taylor-Joy, gets pulled into another world with Chris Hemsworth’s character Dr. Dementus where they have to battle to determine who’s going to run the land in “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.” Greg said that this movie is action-packed and a lot of fun. Greg gave “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” four out of a possible five reels.
Next, Greg talked about “The Garfield Movie.” The famous orange cat is voiced by Chris Pratt. In the movie, Garfield runs into his father who wants him to go on a heist with him. Samuel L. Jackson is the voice of Garfield’s long-lost father. Greg gave “The Garfield Movie” four reels.
