Summertime in Michigan means it’s concert season and what better way to enjoy a concert then with a meal. The Fed at Pine Knob provides people a dining option with a vast menu before they enjoy a concert. Sarah Schneider the owner of The Fed appeared on “Live in the D” alongside the restaurant’s executive chef Michel Agustin.
A clear benefit of The Fed at Pine Knob is that you can enjoy a concert while eating dinner, but a benefit that shouldn’t fly over your head is the high-quality food the restaurant dishes out.
“We make 95 percent of everything in the building from scratch every 36 hours,” said Agustin.
In the past The Fed offered food at Pine Knob through a window, but now they have 22 tables with an extensive menu with things such as poke bowls, sandwiches, salads, and much more.
The original location for The Fed is in Downtown Clarkston, and you can find more information on their website.
