Take your dad from dud to dapper

Style advice to upgrade your dad’s style

Father’s Day is this Sunday and if you’re taking your dad out to dinner then you don’t want him looking like a dud. Local 4 Style Editor Jon Jordan and Ashley Gold from Ashleygold.com identified how to improve four different dad styles on “Live in the D”.

The first species of dad style was more of a casual look. A model originally had on a white shirt, but Jordan and Gold improved his look by giving him a vest along with some jewelry.

The second dad style was conservative style. This model originally had on a collared shirt with the collar popped. After a few minor upgrades Jordan and Gold decided to add on some bracelets and a watch.

The next dad model went for the cool dad style. Initially the model had on a jean jacket with no accessories. After some adjustments from the two stylists the model got a new metallic leather jacket with the add-ons of a necklace and a bracelet.

Finally, the last dad model was dubbed “the next level” dad. The next level dad model initially had on a yellow suit that was already very stylish. Jordan and Gold decided to add a lapel pin to his suit, a bracelet, and they also popped the collared shirt of the suit he was wearing.
