This Dearborn restaurant is fusing 2 cultures through food and décor

Enjoy a taste of Lebanon with a steakhouse twist

The Butcher’s Grille in Dearborn is mixing things up. This restaurant fuses a traditional Lebanese restaurant with an American Steakhouse. From the chairs to the menu, everything has been carefully selected.

Co-owner Rayann Saleah says they fuse several elements from Lebanon, a place where she has roots, into a community she now belongs to, “We’re from Dearborn, and Dearborn is a very culturally diverse community. And we wanted to really just reflect that in all the elements of the restaurant.”

The community seems to be embracing the restaurant with customers visiting from all over the state of Michigan. The dishes include shawarma eggrolls, burgers and their popular tray for two.
