Are you ready to try your hand at creating something new and one of a kind? How about making your own tile? There’s a place in Ann Arbor that will show you the ropes during a special event.
Motawi Tileworks will be offering a hands-on experience with tilemaking during the annual Make-A-Tile and More event. Those attending the workshops will receive a tile that they can design using techniques like carving, drawing, or using stamping tools.
Motawi Tileworks has been in action for more than three decades. Their Make-A-Tile and More event will be held Saturday, July 20th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The workshops are on a drop-in basis, so no registration is required.
