Apple TV+ is set to premiere the reboot of the beloved show “Yo Gabba Gabba!” called “Yo Gabba GabbaLand!” on August 9th. Chad Thompson and Michelle Ouellette, the husband-and-wife team behind the production studio Yeah Haus, which contributed to an episode, appeared on “Live in the D” to talk about their animation.
They had the opportunity to work on a music video for an episode of “Yo Gabba GabbaLand!” A friend who owns a studio had connections with the team working on the rebooted show, and fortunately for the husband-and-wife team, the producers were looking for Midwestern animators.
Yeah Haus has worked with a bunch of different companies such as Discord, Google, Adult Swim, and GM. They’re style of animation doesn’t go unnoticed by people who are looking for a more obscure style of animation.
