Local 4 style editor Jon Jordan stopped by the Live in the D studio to talk about the trend that is inspired by the hot rods and cars you’ll see at the Woodward Dream Cruise.
Jordan gives a few ideas on how to add chrome to your style
- Chrome Nails- You can have a full set of chrome nails that show 90 percent reflection. For someone that wants to be a little more subtle, there’s Chrome nail tips
- Chrome Makeup- Jordan says you can add a mirror finish on your lips or use a highly pigmented eyeshadow for the chrome look.
- Chrome Accessories- You can use a chrome napkin holder for a ponytail holder or create a necklace with it. There’s also Chrome Duct tape that can turn a drab shoe into fabulous.
