A restaurant in Allen Park is serving up more than a dozen different varieties of egg rolls ranging from corned beef to chicken shawarma, cheeseburger, and beyond. It’s all being offered at Sista Roles Street Eats, which calls their creations “Egg roles.”
Sista Roles Street Eats also has an “un-role” portion of their menu, which features items like tacos and nachos that are made with the egg role shells.
The business started as a pop-up shop and then became a tent. Eventually, they had a food trailer, and now they have a brick-and-mortar location in Allen Park.
Sista Roles Street Eats is among the top three finalists in the favorite restaurant eatery category for the Detroit Choice Awards.
