‘Penn & Teller’ Comedian Nick Paul comes home to Detroit for magical performance

Performing Thursday at Detroit House of Comedy

Earlier this year “Live in the D” welcomed a guest to the studio who did a magic trick that left host Tati Amare dumbfounded. Now, Nick Paul is back home in Michigan for more magic and comedy.

He’s appeared on “Fool Us” with Penn & Teller, but Thursday, you can see him at Detroit House of Comedy. He stopped by the show to talk about his upcoming performance and what the audience can expect.

“I love to take universal concepts, like happiness, memories, things that people can relate to, and then kind of apply magic to it,” Paul said.

He also brought a couple of tricks to the show, and once again left Tati wondering, “How he did that?!”
