The name “Sucree,” meaning “sweet” in French, pays homage to Melanie’s roots, as she was born and raised in the city of Montreal.

From the very beginning, Sucree has been about more than just desserts, it’s a family affair. Melanie and Dwain have involved their two young children in the business, teaching them the values of hard work and customer service. You might see the kids taking orders with big smiles, or greeting customers as they approach the mobile parlor, making each visit to Sucree a warm, welcoming experience.
