Make your plans for the Romeo Peach Festival

Get a look at what’s scheduled for Labor Day weekend

The Romeo Peach Festival is underway. This annual tradition is one of Michigan’s oldest running festivals dating back to 1931. The Romeo Lions Club hosts the festival which makes a big impact on the community through funds raised from ticket sales and other onsite sales. Daniel Patrona, Vice President of the Romeo Peach Festival, shared what’s planned for this year’s event.

Patrona explain that some things remain the same including the parade, beer cave, and carnival, but he also highlighted some new additions to this year’s festival.

He also shared how sponsors help with making sure the event happens every year. One of them is L&L Products in Romeo who sat down with “Live In The D” host Tati Amare and guest-host Local 4 Style Editor Jon Jordan.
