The city is roaring ahead of the season kickoff for the Detroit Lions. They will take on the LA Rams in prime time on Sunday night, and if your looking for a way to show your pride for the team, a Sterling Heights business has something for you.
Detroit City Sports (DC Sports) has been in business for more than 20 years working hand-in-hand with your favorite Detroit sports players. This year, they’ve already had signings from Lions players like Jared Goff, Sam LaPorta, and Amon-Ra St. Brown.
“It comes through a lot of different avenues,” said Steve Graus, Owner of DC Sports. “Sometimes we deal direct with the player. Sometimes you have to go through an agency. And then, it’s word of mouth, some of the players talk to each other and say, ‘I just did a signing at Detroit City Sports and these are good people.’”
They offer all kinds of autographed items that can help show your support for the Lions. On “Live In The D” they showcased jerseys signed by Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jahmyr Gibbs, a helmet signed by Jared Goff, and a Sam LaPorta signed football.
DC Sports also has items that are not autographed including a Lions championship belt, jerseys for kids, earrings, coin purses, and the official sideline hat.
