He’s been on screen in movies like “Scream”, “Salt”, “The Hurricane”, and so many others, and now actor Liev Schreiber stars in a new limited series on Netflix called “The Perfect Couple”.
Schreiber steps into the role of Tag Winbury who supposedly makes a perfect couple with Greer Winbury, played by Nicole Kidman. However, not everything is as it seems, explained Schreiber while talking with “Live In The D” host Tati Amare. “It’s a seemingly perfect family in a perfect place,” the actor said. “Sometimes things aren’t always as perfect as they seem, and very quickly we find a body in the water and that’s where we start this story,” the actor explained.
The body is found ahead of the wedding of one of the Winbury’s sons. It causes the wedding ceremony to be cancelled, and it creates a big mystery for viewers to try to solve.
“My wife, when I watched it with her, literally went through every single character in the cast before she arrived with her final prediction, which was still wrong at the end,” Schreiber said. “She’s really good at this. I’d be surprised if many people get it right.”
The limited series has six episodes and is streaming now on Netflix.
