A restaurant in Detroit is serving up Argentinian Street food, and the highlight of the menu at Empacho is their empanadas.
“In Argentina, we mostly share everything, and empanadas are the definition of our culture,” said Gonzalo Collazo who is the man behind Empacho. He explained that empanadas are often eaten at family gatherings and birthday parties.
Empacho offers fourteen different flavors of empanadas. He said the beef empanada is their best seller. Along with the beef, it comes with red peppers, onions, garlic, and potatoes. They also have a variety of different sauces. If you want to share empanadas, Empacho sells bundles quantities like 12, 18, and 24.
