Lilly MacPhee is a singer-songwriter who has taken her talents from international competitions to having one of her songs featured in a Hallmark Christmas movie. Having appeared on “Live in the D” a few times, she recently came back to catch up and share some new music.
The singer, who describes her sound as elements of the 90′s with a folky vibe, said she’s been doing live shows and volunteering for musicians monthly. She also spoke about her upcoming single release.
“Its called ‘The One’ and its about the perspective of being the one that got away.” The single is set to be released September 27, but she gave us a seek peek live on the the show.
