Five-time Grammy award winner Lalah Hathaway will be sharing her musical talents in Detroit this weekend.
Hathaway, who known for her music that spans genres from R&B to jazz and pop, talked with “Live In The D” host Tati Amare ahead of her upcoming concert.
Hathaway called Detroit one of the greatest music towns in the USA.
“I’m really excited about getting back to Detroit,” Hathaway said. “I’m there at least once or twice a year and the audiences are unmatched.”
Lalah Hathaway will be performing at the Sound Board at MotorCity Casino on Saturday, September 21st at 8 p.m.
