When you visit Southwest Detroit you will be sure to spot the colorful murals that cover buildings and walls across this part of the city.
Much of the artwork on display celebrates the heritage and culture of the residents.
Artists Freddy Diaz also known as “Southwest Freddy” and Elton Monroy Duran appeared on “Live In The D” to talk about their artwork and the significance of art in the Hispanic culture.
