Will the Tigers make it to the World Series?

Opinions shared about Game 2 of the ALDS

The Detroit Tigers are in the playoffs and on the hunt to make it to the World Series. But first, they have to make it through the Cleveland Guardians and Game 2 of their best of 5 game series.

To talk about all the buzz surrounding the Tigers, Click on Detroit’s Executive Producer Derick Hutchinson and Executive Director of Outlier Media, Orlando Bailey joined hosts Tati Amare and guest-host Christophe Zajac-Denek for “What’s the Buzz”

Tati Posed the question, “Do you believe in teams of destiny”?

Hutchinson answered, “It’s harder to get more team of destiny than a 0.2 percent chance of making the playoffs and here we are”

He also reminded the panel that the Tigers are only seven wins away from the World Series.

And, are Tigers fans hopping on the bandwagon or just louder now that they are winning? Bailey says the excitement from the Lions last year has now trickled down to other teams, so “If you’re new, welcome, and if you’ve been here, glad you’re still with us”

As for what the Tigers need to guarantee a World Series win? Hutchinson says “They need to win today and then they come back home for a couple home games and I really like their chances at Comerica Park”
