Gospel singer Lisa Page-Brooks performs viral hit ‘Grateful Chant’

The song has received more than 5 million views on social media

She’s a legendary gospel artist, who began her career in the 80s with the group Witness. Since starting her solo career in the late 90s, she’s released four albums, and received many nominations and awards. Now Pastor Lisa Page-Brooks has gone viral. Her latest single “Grateful Chant” has gotten more than 5 million views on social media, and has created a frenzy.

Page-Brooks stopped by “Live in the D” to chat about getting all of this attention. “This all happened so fast, I don’t even have words for it,” she said in reference to becoming an overnight viral sensation. Page-Brooks said, all she was doing was praising the Lord during a service, and the crowd started chanting “yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,” and the next day the video went viral.
