Learn about the history behind this Northville farm that’s become a destination

It all started with pumpkins

Going to the farm, or a cider mill, during fall in Michigan is a past time everyone enjoys. In Northville, a destination for many people is Three Cedars Farm. Technically it resides in Salem Township, but this farm has welcomed guests for decades.

Owner Gary Whittaker spoke to “Live In The D” reporter April Morton to share about the farm’s history. Whittaker said it all started with selling pumpkins and putting a display out in the front of his farm. He says everything grew from there, and the rest is history.
