The staff at Taques restaurant in downtown Farmington is often asked about its unique name. “People are always trying to figure out how to pronounce it. It‘s a combination of tacos and quesadillas, Taques,” said Miquel Arzate, the restaurant’s General Manager.
He said, besides the name, the restaurant itself is very unique. The décor is bright, and vibrant, with LED lights throughout that change based on the event.
“If there‘s a game on, we can set the lighting to suit that,” Arzate said.
Something else that’s vibrant is the food. Arzate said it’s straight from the hometown recipes of the Mexican family who owns Taques.
