You might know him best for starring in “Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper”, and now actor and comedian Mark Curry is bringing his jokes to the stage in Detroit.
While appearing on “Live In The D”, Curry shared that comedy is his calling. Curry said he always wanted to be a comedian, but he was scared to do it. He’s encouraging others to follow their passions. “If you have a calling, if you want to do something, follow your dreams,” Curry said.
Curry is set to perform stand-up comedy at One Mike Detroit. He has two performances scheduled this weekend. The first is Friday, Nov. 8th at 8 p.m. He will take the stage again the following night on Saturday, Nov. 9th at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online.
