The story of a Marvel villain begins in theaters

Aaron Taylor-Johnson is on the hunt in a new movie

The weekend means new movies are out on screens including an new action movie surrounding a Marvel villain, and Jason Bateman is playing the villain in a new movie on Netflix. Movie reviewer Greg Russell appeared on “Live In The D” to tell everyone what to expect.

First, Russell talked about “Kraven The Hunter”. This movie stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the title role and is a movie that tells the back story of a Marvel villain. Russell says it’s a certain family dynamic that leads to Kraven getting special powers and becoming a killer. “It’s almost Shakespearean in a way,” said Russell. The movie is released by Sony in the same way the Spider-Man movies have been done and released.

Russell also talked about the new movie “Carry On” which stars Jason Bateman and Taron Edgerton. In the movie, Bateman plays a villain looking to get a bomb on a plane in a carry-on luggage and his character ropes in Edgerton, who plays a TSA agent, into his scheme. The cat and mouse game pursues in a thriller that looks at how busy travel over the holidays can be turned into a high-octane movie that will get your heart racing. Russell said Bateman is a very good bad guy in this movie and he will scare you. He gave the movie four out of five reels.
