A band called Detroit Trouble is adding a different spin on rock and roll in the D. The band describes its sound as blue collar blues, rock and roll from Detroit.
Band member Kidd Lightning shared that their inspiration comes from artists like Ted Nugent, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Derek St. Holmes to Motown sounds and artists from the blues genre like John Lee Hooker.
Kidd Lightning said they represent people who work a “9 to 5″.
