Mark Wahlberg said it himself. “When you describe the concept of the film I think most people would say ‘Oh, Mark Wahlberg is going to be the hero and figure out how to land the plane and save the day.’ That doesn’t happen in this film.”
Whalberg is talking about “Flight Risk”, the new movie that just debuted at number one at the box office over the weekend. In the movie, he plays a person who at first appears to be a charming local pilot, but not everything is as it seems. “This guy becomes a completely different person and is completely unhinged throughout the entire film,” said Wahlberg.
When it comes to the stunts in the movie, Wahlberg said he did everything that was required of him which was a lot because the movie takes place in such a confined space. They wanted to make it as real as possible so they knew it was best if they could do it themselves.
