Celebrate 313 Day with food and fun

313 Day will be celebrated across Detroit on March 13th, including in and around Shinola Hotel.

Shinola Hotel’s Living Room will have a DJ performing and there will be a toast to Detroit in the evening. Mister Dips will be offering select menu items for $3.13. The Brakeman and Penny Red’s will also have special deals to celebrate Detroit.

“I was born and raised on the east side of Detroit, so I’m a proud Detroiter. We’re proud every single day of the year, but the stars seems to align on 313 Day, and just align with our area code, so that’s just an extra special day to celebrate the community and our culture,” said Maux Sewell, a manager at Mister Dips which will be participating in the festivities.
