The Wheel of Time is back on Prime Video with a new season. Award-winning actress Rosamund Pike plays main character Moiraine Damodred – a powerful magic-wielding woman.
“The real thing about The Wheel of Time is the relatability of the characters. I think that’s what makes people keep coming back,” she said during an interview with Live In The D.
The show stands out for its representation of women as strong, intelligent rulers.
“The Wheel of Time is riddled with incredible female leads,” said Pike.
