He’s known as the Madman of Mind Magic for bringing illusions, mentalism, hypnosis and humor to the stage, and Israel Mandrake brought his skills to the “Live In The D” studio.
Mandrake shared that his path to mentalism started when he was interested in Harry Houdini as a child. He said his grandfather used to bring home magic tricks for him, which led to him learning about hypnosis.
“Mentalism is a combination of understanding the limitless powers of the human mind, but I add into it everything I can with plugging into what we call ‘the source,’ energy, vibrations,” Mandrake said.
