Jumping on mini trampolines has become popular

There are so many different ways to exercise. One of the options grabbing attention online is jumping on mini trampolines, known as rebounding.

While appearing on “Live In The D,” fitness and nutrition expert Jody Trierweiler explained the health benefits of rebounding.

“NASA found that 10 minutes of rebounding was equal to 30 minutes of running as far as cardiovascular benefit and calorie burn,” Trierweiler said.

She also said rebounding can help with lymphatic drainage.
