If you’re from the D, chances are you believe, Detroit is and will always be an epicenter of musical talent. An upcoming event is set to celebrate this legacy and keep it alive.
Tino Gross, the creator of “Tales From The D,” stopped by “Live in the D,” to chat about the event. “Wouldn’t it be cool if we had a show where one musician talks to another musician,” Gross said. This is what his show is all about, and an upcoming episode will be featured at the Detroit Historical Museum.
“We will feature blue note recording artist, Dave McMurray.” Every episode features a different legendary Detroit Artist. The event will also feature a live performance from the Kasan Belgrave Quintet, who gave us a preview performance.
