HGTV’s “Love It or List It” returns for 20th season

Show has a new co-host with ties to Detroit

It’s a show fans have loved for nearly two decades – and it’s back with a twist. We’re talking about HGTV’s “Love It or List It.” Season 20 premieres April 21st at 10 p.m. on HGTV. Fans of the show will notice something different. Longtime realtor David Visentin is back – but this time – he’s got a new co-host. Page Turner will be the designer on the show, replacing Hillary Farr, who announced her departure in 2023.

One thing viewers have loved about “Love It or List It” is the playful banter between co-hosts. During an interview on “Live In The D,” the duo believes they can carry on that tradition without skipping a beat.

“Day one, we were like glue! For me, it’s been natural and fun,” said Turner.

Keeping in character, Visentin had a different take on the new relationship. “You have a little bit of chemistry to begin with. But over time, it builds and builds,” said Visentin.

“I didn’t know the kind of energy she had. She brings this certain kind of energy to the set that I don’t bring – and it’s really infectious,” added Visentin.

Something else we learned during the interview on “Live In The D,” some of Turner’s family members recently moved to Detroit.
