Ann Arbor restaurant features guest chef dinner series

Chef Ji Hye Kim is teaming up with fellow chefs

Are you ready for a once in a lifetime dining experience? A chef in Ann Arbor’s Kerrytown is serving up a guest chef dinner series.

Chef Ji Hye Kim will be teaming up with other chefs for unique culinary events at her restaurant called Miss Kim. The James Beard Award-nominated chef explained that she came up with the idea because she said she has so many amazing chef friends and she decided to bring them to town so they can cook together.

Chef Sam Fore of Tuk Tuk Snack Shop in Lexington, Kentucky will be joining forces with Kim for the visiting chef dinner series on Tuesday, April 29th.

“She marries her Sri Lankan roots with her southern upbringing, and I think it’s just going to be so delicious,” Kim said.

Diners can enjoy Sri Lankan-style fried chicken, coconut baby back ribs, lentil fritters, and crab pasta.
