Get ready for a chance to experience skateboarding, music, and culture. The Cartoons & Stereo festival is coming to life this weekend at Big Pink in Detroit. The event was founded by Ade Olaniran, also known by his performance name “Stoop Lee.”
“We started back in 2022, I had an idea to do a skateboarding music fest in Detroit,” Olaniran said.
In addition to skateboarding, there will be a basketball slam dunk contest, food trucks, and a performance by Detroit artist Curtis Roach, who said he will bring a lot of energy to the stage.
